Sept. Class Fees

PLEASE NOTE CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO SCHEDULE & FEES!

There is a $20 one time starting fee and $5 per class. Please pay your starting fee and class fee at the first class. 

For the month of Sept you may pay $5 class by class or $20 (paid at 1st class) for the whole month and attend as many classes as you wish. 

One on One personal training is $20 for 1 hour and you must book that appointment with me in advance. Email me at: reginadunn@usattorney.com and make sure you receive a confirmation for the day and time requested. 

You must pre-enroll in each class prior to the class. Do this by going to the database (lifestyle fitness yahoo group-link in upper right hand corner) and adding your information. Any classes that drop to less than 2 members per class for more than 1 week at a time may result in a cancellation of that class. 

Finally, if you are planning to attend classes you will need to join this group as a member in order to get reminders, updates and any other information concerning this fitness group.

September Fitness Classes- Updated!

I am exciting to share this opportunity beginning in September. Sign up (send an email to reginadunn@usattorney.com) quickly as space is limited to (5-6) per class at this time! (A waiting list will be made for future openings)
Classes will be held at my home gym and all equipment will be provided. (Details will be sent at confirmation of enrollment)
Cost is $20 starting fee or $30 per family and $5 per class per person or $10 per family according to enrollment. Payments will be collected at the first class for (1) month at a time. No refunds for missing class however, if I have to reschedule for any reason you will get credit.

All classes will be at the beginner level working on building a firm foundation in all around fitness. We will cover the basics about proper form & technique, safety, muscle isolation, toning, strengthening, cardio exercise, endurance, abdominals, stretching, nutritional tips and much more. 

Kids must be able to listen and follow directions. We will have praise and worship music as our background motivation. All classes will be a group setting, however everyone will be encouraged to work at within their personal limits. 

Here is the schedule for September:

Sept. 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29
Tuesday's 3:30-4:30 is for Kids and Mom's (mom can participate or take a break)
Tuesday's 5-6 is for Ladies only
Sept. 9, 16, 23, 30
Wednesday's 4:30-5:30 is for Ladies only
Sept. 10, 17, 24
Thursday's 4:30-5:30 is for Ladies only

All around fitness program in a group setting, but geared for each person to work at their own level (weights or no weights) It's not a group competition~It's a group motivation! 

Class must have 2 people to make and a max of 6 at this time. One on one training is available upon request and must be scheduled at least 4 days in advance. 

Fees - $20 to start and $5 per class
One on one training is $20 per hour

All equipment is provided!
